Explore places like Lake Bogoria National Reserve to see zebras, impalas, gazelles, dikdiks, greater kudus and monkeys. Do not forget to add Ruko Conservancy to your list of places to visit. It has giraffes, hippos, impalas, baboons and birds. Kaptuya Conservancy has a number of wildlife species to see as well.
Lake Baringo has over 460 species of birds. Lake Bogoria is another haven for birds including about half a million lesser flamingos.
Put Lake Bogoria on top of the list because it has dozens of geysers and hot springs. Undersurface hot water gushes out onto the lake creating magnificent geysers and hot springs. The volcanic cones are other great sights to see in the county.
