Itinerary
|
Day 1 - Nairobi to Tsavo West
Depart from Nairobi to Tsavo West national park arriving just in time for lunch at the Kilaguni Serena safari Lodge, after lunch depart on the afternoon game viewing drives in the park.
Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge is superbly situated in the lee of Mount Kilimanjaro, encircled by volcanic splendor, adjacent to a teeming water hole and daily visited by vast herds of elephant, buffalo and plains game. Inspirationally positioned so that not only all the rooms but also the open-air restaurant, timbered game-viewing decks and rock-built bar enjoy uninterrupted views of the legendary snows of Kilimanjaro, the lodge.

Day 2 - Tsavo West
Breakfast at the Kilaguni Serena safari Lodge, Morning and afternoon game viewing drives in the park. Some of the interesting areas to be visited are the Mzima springs, Chaimu and Shetani Lava sites, Roaring rocks and Rhino sanctuary to mention a few.
Hot air ballooning, sailing, fishing, scuba diving, sunbathing, massages and leisure pools are available for your entertainment.

Day 3 - Tsavo to Amboseli
Breakfast at the Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge. This morning depart from Tsavo West national park to Amboseli national park. Lunch at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge, followed by afternoon game viewing drives in the park.
Framed against the glorious backdrop of Africa’s highest mountain, the magnificently beautiful Mount Kilimanjaro, surrounded by miles of rolling grasslands, patrolled by vast herds of elephant, shaded by the lush, feathered-green of an acacia grove and hugging the banks of a gently flowing river, this very traditional yet supremely luxurious lodge is the safari destination of a lifetime.

Day 4 - Amboseli
Breakfast at the Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge. Morning and afternoon game viewing drives in the park. Lunch at the Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge, followed by the late afternoon game viewing drives filled with excitement and comfort. Don’t be surprised to find elephants dining on plants or variety of wildlife drinking water at the lodge-floodlit waterhole. This evening a bush barbecue dinner will be organized for you excluding beverages but including Masai tribal dancers.
Biking, mountain climbing, trekking, sunbathing and shopping facilities are available for your entertainment.

Day 5 - Amboseli to Nairobi onto Serena Mountain Lodge -Nyeri
Breakfast at the Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge. 08h00 depart Serena Mountain Lodge via Nairobi Serena Hotel for lunch and the Great North Road, through the famed Kenyan highlands onto Mount Kenya National park. Arrive in time for lunch at the Serena mountain lodge – located at 2,194 metres on the slopes of Mount Kenya, Serena Mountain Lodge is surrounded by a dense rainforest that comes alive at dusk with a myriad of sounds that make the African bush so special and exhilarating. Elephant, buffalo, rhino and waterbuck are regular visitors to the Lodge’s waterhole.
Serena Mountain Lodge offers a matchless game viewing opportunity whilst combining a glorious panorama of mountain vistas with the primordial splendors of an ancient rainforest. Floating 2,195 m high on the flanks of Kenya’s highest mountain and secreted deep within her largest forest reserve, the lodge offers not only the champagne-clarity of mountain air, the tranquility of the forest and a colorful cavalcade of wildlife but also the chance of scaling the icy peaks of Africa’s second-highest mountain.

Day 6 - Mountain Lodge to Nairobi onto Masai Mara
Breakfast at the Serena Mountain Lodge, then depart to Nairobi and arrives in time for Lunch at the Nairobi Serena Hotel. 15h00 depart to Nairobi Wilson airport and connect the scheduled air Kenya flight Masai Mara game reserve departing at 16h00. 16h45, Arrive in Masai Mara, met and proceed on late afternoon game drive before transfer to Mara Serena Safari Lodge set on the Saddle of a hill overlooking the Rolling plains, woodlands and rivers that make up the "Mara Triangle" - one of the Worlds Richest Wildlife sanctuaries. Check in and continue on the afternoon game viewing drives.
Secreted deep within the Masai Mara National Reserve, the Mara Serena Safari Lodge is the ultimate safari destination. Set high on a bush-cloaked hill, embraced by arcing vistas and washed by a sea of richly rolling grasslands, it stands centre-stage to one of Africa’s most dramatic wildlife arenas and has a ringside seat for the greatest wildlife show on Earth, the legendary migration of the wildebeest.

Day 7 - Mara Serena
Early morning wake up call, followed by room service coffee/tea. Early morning game viewing drives in the Masai Mara followed by hippo pool breakfast. A 15 minutes drive gets you to a hearty welcome; one cannot resist the charming “Jambo” from the chefs as they welcome you to our wonderfully set breakfast buffer of hot dishes made to your specifications as you wait. The hippos keep you company and only say “Kwaheri” after you have had enough. Lunch at the lodge, followed by afternoon game viewing drives.

Day 8 - Masai Mara to Nairobi onto departure
Breakfast at the Mara Serena Safari Lodge. 11h00 depart from Mara Serena Airstrip to Nairobi Wilson Airport to arrive at 12h15. You may decide for beach extension program to the Serena Beach Hotel and Spa or connect your scheduled international flight back home |

This package includes following services:

• 7 nights on full board accommodation at Kilaguni Serena and Amboseli Serena Safari Lodges including Serena Mountain Lodge
• 2 nights on air package to Mara Serena Safari Lodge which includes :- full boardaccommodation,2 game drives each day on seat sharing basis, Mara Serena airstrip transfers, park entrance fees, local airfare from Nairobi to Mara Serena return and bush hippo pool breakfast.
• Game viewing drives as per the itinerary.
• Park entrance fees for non residents
