Itinerary
|
Day 1 - Nairobi/Amboseli
Depart to Nairobi Wilson airport on early Morning Schedule Flight to the Amboseli National Park. You will be met at the Airstrip and transferred to the nearby Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge set in the Shadow of Mt. Kilimanjaro "Africa’s Highest Mountain". After Check in and a quick Breakfast, you will depart on a game viewing Drive following the large herds of Elephants, returning to the Lodge for Lunch. After Lunch relax by the pool for a while departing later in the afternoon for another Game viewing drive where among the Elephants we also find Zebra, Giraffe, Waterbuck and Hippo just to mention a few. Dinner will be a Barbecue set under a canopy of trees on the banks of the Enkong Narok Swamp with a spectacular view of game. The shadows of the night are illuminated by a cracking bon-fire that warms up the set up and Masai Dancers provide a vibrating and exhilarating performance leaving you captivated with a hint of culture.

Day 2 - Amboseli/Nairobi/Mara
Breakfast at the Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge. After Breakfast you will be transferred to the Amboseli airstrip for a scheduled flight to Nairobi Wilson Airport to connect on morning flight to Masai Mara. You will be met and transferred to Mara Serena Safari Lodge set on the Saddle of a hill overlooking the Rolling plains, woodlands and rivers that make up the "Mara Triangle" - one of the Worlds Richest Wildlife sanctuaries. After Lunch depart on an afternoon Game drive.
Secreted deep within the Masai Mara National Reserve, the Mara Serena Safari Lodge is the ultimate safari destination. Set high on a bush-cloaked hill, embraced by arcing vistas and washed by a sea of richly rolling grasslands, it stands centre-stage to one of Africa’s most dramatic wildlife arenas and has a ringside seat for the greatest wildlife show on Earth, the legendary migration of the wildebeest.

Day 3 - Masai Mara
A full day at Masai Mara. Morning and Afternoon game drives across the plains. Vast herds of Wildebeest and Zebra wander across the Mara grasslands, their numbers increasing during the annual migration from the Serengeti national Park. Lion, Leopard and Cheetah follow close behind while Crocodile and Hippo congregate in the Mara and Tale rivers.

Day 4 - Masai Mara/Nairobi
A 15-minute drive gets you to a hearty welcome and a surprise bubbly served as you alight your vehicle. You cannot resist the charming "Jambo" from our chefs as they welcome you to our wonderfully set buffet of hot dishes made to your specifications as you wait. The Hippos keep you company and only say "Kwaheri" after you have had enough. After Breakfast drive back to the Lodge to pack your bags in readiness for transfer back to airstrip for late Morning flight to either Nairobi or Mombasa. |
